1:1 Yoga Therapy
Each session is uniquely crafted for you, so whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we’ll work together to create a path toward balance.
What to Expect
Book an appointment.
For new clients, initial sessions are 75-90 minutes and follow-up sessions are 60 minutes. Prior to your initial session you will fill out an intake form. During the initial session we will review the form and determine what your goals are. You will leave this session with a personalized practice. During your (2) follow-up sessions we will reflect on how your practice is unfolding and refine it as your needs evolve and life circumstances change.
Beyond these first three sessions, we meet every 2-4 weeks to ensure your practice continues to be purposeful and effective. You will determine the frequency of your sessions. I suggest we meet 1) when your practice is no longer potent enough to shift your state because your capacity has grown, or 2) something happens in your life and a different type of practice is needed to support you in those new circumstances.
